Just finished my noon hour run. 34 minutes at an easy pace, should be approximately 5K.
The sun was shining, the breeze was blowing, the air was crisp. Great day for a run!
Contemplating a short ride after work.
Had a nice message out of the blue today from a running friend, congratulating me on coming so far. It was greatly appreciated.

Had a strange afternoon.
And I opted out of the ride, and went shopping at Frenchy’s. Scored! A couple tops and pants for work, and a brand new NB top that is just too cute! (Now I need top go buy a white sports bra). got some great books too.
