blogging for change
So I ran again today at noon. can’t tomorrow. friday is rest day, travel day, team meeting and Ceilidh… then the race!!!
I ran a little further than intended today, I just had a lot on my mind and was running it all out! It felt great and was nice cool breezy weather.
