Get this body moving!

So, after a lot of challenges and very limited working out, I am now feeling out of shape and many pounds heavier. The plan is to establish a new fitness routine, with the new everyday routine. I start a new class in a week, and have a potential job offer (should know today). I’ve been running the last three days and am going to see how I feel running a little bit everyday, if possible.
Yesterday I ran 14km, which is getting me back on track for the Cabot Trail Relay Race at the end of May. Here’s hoping I can keep it up! After that begins the slow increase of mileage to marathon distance for the fall!
